Refund policy

Should you need to return the drapery panels or shades please contact us at info.waterloowindows@gmail.com. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Once drapery panels are removed from the box and hung they cannot be returned. Please return in original packaging. There are 30 days for returns and Customer provides shipping label and cost.
